Refund policy

1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy is in line with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


2. Your Right to Cancel (Online & Distance Sales)
If you purchased your furniture online, by phone, or via email, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.

  • You must notify us of your decision to cancel within this 14-day period.
  • Once cancelled, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

3. Condition of Returned Goods
As our products are luxury items, we ask that all returns meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and protective coverings must be intact.
  • We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund if the item shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Made-to-order or bespoke furniture
  • Custom finishes, fabrics, or sizes
  • Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
  • You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by law (e.g., if cancelling within the 14-day cooling-off period).

7. Return Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Due to the size and nature of our products, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

8. Collection Service (Optional)
We may offer a collection service for large items. Costs will be quoted and deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a fault.
