1. Overview

This website is operated by The Garden Edit. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Garden Edit. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Online Store Terms

We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but cannot guarantee your screen will display them correctly.

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify and third-party providers such as PayPal

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

6. Orders and Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

A contract is only formed when your order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

  • A product is out of stock

  • There is a pricing or listing error

  • Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered to your address.

8. Returns and Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • You must notify us within 14 days

You then have 14 days to return the goods.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

9. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Third-Party Tools and Apps

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which allows us to sell our products.

We may use third-party apps and tools (e.g. marketing, analytics, fulfilment). We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our control.
