We aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our luxury garden furniture. Due to the size and bespoke nature of many of our products, delivery times and methods may vary.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across mainland United Kingdom.
- Deliveries to remote areas (including parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands) may incur additional charges and longer delivery times.
- If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will inform you as soon as possible and issue a full refund if necessary.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout and/or order confirmation.
- In-stock items: Typically delivered within 5–10 working days
- Made-to-order or bespoke items: Typically delivered within 4–10 weeks
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to demand, supplier delays, or external factors.
4. Delivery Methods
Due to the size and weight of our furniture, we use specialist courier and logistics partners.
- Most deliveries are made via two-person delivery teams
- Larger items may be delivered on pallets (kerbside delivery)
We will notify you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date.
5. Delivery Access & Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to ensure:
- Adequate access to your property (including doorways, gates, and pathways)
- Someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery
- Safe placement instructions are provided if needed
If delivery fails due to access issues or absence, redelivery charges may apply.
6. Delivery Charges
- Standard delivery charges are calculated at checkout
- Additional fees may apply for remote areas or specialist delivery requirements
- Any additional charges will be clearly communicated before dispatch
7. Inspection on Delivery
Please inspect your items upon delivery:
- Check for visible damage before signing for the goods
- If damage is found, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos
8. Delays & Force Majeure
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
- Supply chain disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Transport or logistics issues beyond our control
We will keep you informed and work to resolve any delays promptly.
9. Failed Deliveries & Storage
If delivery cannot be completed:
- Goods may be returned to our warehouse
- Additional storage and redelivery fees may apply
